Hello there! Well, it’s official. I’m a college student. A kind-of-exhausted, very-excited-for-the-future college student. And it’s good to be alive! 😀
Hehe, life is kind of crazy right now. I’ve been at college for a week now, and it’s definitely been a rollercoaster of a ride! I’ve had three days of classes so far, and I’m loving all of them (which I’m very grateful for!). I’m learning that sleep is very important, that making friendships takes time (and is also very important) and that receiving mail makes me very happy.
I’ve actually got to dash off to training for my on-campus job soon here, so I’m going to keep this short and move onto the subject of today’s post. I’m going to share a wee little poem that I wrote on my dorm’s magnet board, using a bunch of word magnets that were on it. It was actually a very interesting exercise in imagination and word usage, as I could literally only use the words that were available to write with! But it was definitely fun and good for my poet’s soul. So have a look and see what you think…

So there you have it! I’d love to hear your thoughts on this little magnet poem of mine… 😉
And I’ll be back next week with who knows what to share with you. I’m quickly learning that the life of a college student can be very unpredictable… 😀
Only you could take all those words at the same time and create something so clever for all to read and enjoy! No doubt your dorm mates learned of your writing skills!😀
