Poem – Spring Symphony

Hey there! It’s a Saturday night and I got off my evening shift at work about 2 hours ago… Since then I’ve been jamming out to Hamilton and showering off the grease and grime that comes with working for 4 hours behind a grill flipping burgers. I actually really love the work, despite the fact that it’s consistently 85 F behind the grill. You get to see people and feed people and listen to music and it’s a grand old time. πŸ˜€ Anyhow, that’s been my Saturday evening, and now I’m writing this blog post!

Today I’ve got another magnet board poem to share with y’all… It’s definitely a fun pastime, trying to combine random words into some semblance of poetry! It is a bit out of season though I’m afraid. πŸ˜€ Oh well, poetry is good any time of year, right? Even if it is approaching Fall and Spring is two seasons away…

Spring Symphony

It’s just a little thing, but I do quite like it… What are your thoughts on this poem? Are you a spring person, or are you happy that Fall is approaching?

  1. Pretty clever, Hannah. I can almost picture this spring rain – gentle, quiet and misty. If it must rain, that would be how I would like it!
